What We Do and How We Work
After you make the initial contact we will schedule a 30-45 complimentary consultation call either on the phone or zoom.
We will spend some time getting to know each other-your travel style, dream destinations, your travelers, your best and worst travel experiences. This will allow me to craft an itinerary that meets your unique travel desires.
Once we think we are a good fit for each other, we will send you our planning fee invoice and begin curating you itinerary that aligns with you vacation vision. Our goal is to have your complete itinerary within a week from receiving payment of planning fees.
Of course we can make tweaks and adjustment, then the booking process will begin.
I have specific travel partners in each destination who will assist as "boots on the ground" to get hotels, transfers, air booked. We will even secure event tickets, restaurant reservation, private day tours for special sites or interest ie: cooking classes,winery tours, sightseeing tours
This is when my the value of my close relationships with my partners really count. They have deep connection with providers they trust and have worked with for years.
After you give your complete approval, I will collect deposit payments as dictated by the provider, then your travel is secured!!
Final payment will be collected and paid on your behalf no later than one week prior to due date
You will begin your journey relax, and confident anticipating all your destination holds for you.
We are available while you are traveling for any question or potential changes.
Our commitment to you does is not complete until you return home.....then we start working on the next travel experience
About our planning fees:
Fees range from $250-$1200 depending on several factors (number of traveler, length of trip, destination)
Additional fees will be accrued for adding or changing travelers, more than 2 changes to itinerary, or travel planning within 45 days to departure
Annual Retainer
$3500 from for one year from the date of purchase
Applies to all types of travel: business, Weekend getaways, cruises, escorted tour, and private crafted itineraries
Why we charge a fee...just like you pay your accountant (you probably don't do your own tax preparation) or an attorney, we charge a fee for our time, it can take over 20 hours of planning, and for our knowledge and expertise, .we see that as valuable.
