WE LOVE TO SHARE THE GIFT OF TRAVEL!

Simply put I believe if you do not travel you will only live 50% of the life you are given.
I was blessed to have a father with a sense of deep wanderlust. As a child from the Mid-West every summer we hopped in the car and traveled the entire U.S. And then as an adult I moved to Northern California and continued my nursing career. As a then a single person, lucky enough to have disposable income, I hit the International road and never looked back. I started traveling 6-8 weeks at a time to Europe. Always on a tight budget meant sleeping in interesting places, sharing meals in a home of new friends and diving deep into local cultures. |
Fast forward 25 years. I now have an amazing 15 year-old daughter who started traveling to Europe at age 6 months. She insists she will go to university in Paris. She is an amazing travel companion and has gain life skills that are beyond her years. Her own personal goal is to see all 7 continents, and of course that will happen with her mom...I guess I did something right!
I realized my very favorite part of the travel adventure for me was the planning. I could spend hours researching and budgeting for a trip.

It has all come together in retiring from nursing, which I am. I starting thinking...what's next? The only career that I could love as much as nursing would be in the travel business. Being a natural born servant and spending a life of caring for others, the choice was obvious. As a Travel Agent I serve people's needs, pure and simple.
And that is where my heart lives.
My wish is that all people can open their world, their minds and their hearts by first-hand experiencing other cultures and beliefs. It makes the big world become smaller, closer, and that, I believe, is what we were given this life for. Funny huh? By making your small world bigger, you make the Big World smaller, as we learn our differences are just that...small.
